All orders are shipped within 2-3 business days of your order being placed.
Shipping and delivery times may vary depending on your location.
We ship via USPS First Class mail for domestic orders, which can take up to 5 to 7 business days.

ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME FRAMES:

United States (domestic shipping): 5-7 days
Canada: 2-4 weeks
International (everywhere else): 3-8 weeks, or more depending on your location

Please note, due to COVID-19 all shipping times are slightly delayed. Therefore, it may take longer than usual for you to receive your package.

Since our tags are custom engraved, unless there is a mistake on our end, we are unable to offer a refund on any personalized tags. We want you to have the best experience possible with our products. If you are not 100% happy with your purchase please contact us at hello@barkadashop.com and we will do our best to make it right.

As a small business, we recognize our social responsibility to reduce our carbon footprint. 

We thoughtfully consider all materials and do our best to implement eco-friendly packaging by shipping our products in 100% recyclable mailers, using packing tape made from paper with a water-based adhesive, enclosing our tags in biodegradable cellophane in place of plastic, and printing our tissue paper with soy-based inks on FSC-certified paper (100% compostable, recyclable, and made from recycled materials). We will continue to take steps to improve our sustainability in an effort to minimize our environmental impact.
